And unlike peanuts and peanut butter which are fine to feed a cat but dont have much of an upside eggs like feeding your cat lettuce as a snack have considerable benefit. Over time that can cause a vitamin deficiency. This one also goes for cat diets.
Cats can safely eat eggs. Either one can make them very sick and can even lead to death. Eggs are good sources of protein and fat and cats are obligate carnivores meaning they eat a diet of mostly animal protein.
Are Eggs Good for Cats. But that does not mean it is okay to feed them half a dozen of eggs on a daily basis. Small amounts of egg can be a great treat.
Eggs have a lot of good protein that is important for cats. Scrambled eggs or boiled eggs without salt or other seasonings. If you do choose to feed your cat eggs make sure that you do not use any spices or salt and instead feed your cat a plain egg.
